Web Performance Hackathon 2018

Katharina Borchert | July 12, 2018

The Web Performance Hackathon is an event to familiarize developers with Firefox Quantum and the Gecko engine platform, and to encourage developers to build Progressive Web Apps.

(PWA) Progressive web apps use modern web APIs, along with traditional progressive enhancement strategies to create cross-platform web applications. These apps work across all screen sizes and provide several features that give them the same user experience advantages as native apps.
